I highly recommend Sakura's cleaning. I had a move-out clean for an apartment done, and it was sparkling clean when done. The tenants had done no cleaning of their own, and the cleaner took on the challenge. Inside over, cupboards and freezer all like new! Window sills, runners and blinds all cleaned. I was very impressed with the detailed cleaning. My entire residence was cleaned after renters moved out and the Sakura team came in and made it look new again. I appreciated being able to have my garage floor power washed. I will certainly use them again!

We needed to have a deep clean of our acupuncture clinic done after going through a two month revamp. Arthur came and did an thorough inspection before providing a quote, and less than three days later, his team was in the clinic doing a much needed deep clean (including unscrewing vents, cleaning all blinds, and carpet clean). When our team came in the next day, everyone remarked on how good the clinic smelled and how incredibly clean and shiny everything was! We will be using Sakura for our deep cleans every three months. Amazing experience overall! Leticia, Laura, and Rodrigo did a fantastic job with the deep cleaning of the house, car detailing, and power washing of the front, side, and backyard. The cleaning crew was fantastic - this was for a deep clean of the whole house, including windows. The cleaners were on time, got right to work and were very focused - they finished in 4 hours even with the high level of dust and grime from re-model construction + just living. The windows and glass shower walls and doors sparkle, they were able to lift stains from marble shower floors I had worked on for weeks, and the entire house looks, smells and feels fresh! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client informs the platform in advance of his need, as soon as we receive the information, we get in touch to align the service and values, our prices are pre-established and tabulated depending on the type of cleaning, size of the house and desired extra services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers need to know that we will contact you before the cleaning to notify you of the cleaner's arrival and align cleaning details, after the service we will contact you for service feedback and also to send payment information. Our cleaners take all the material and products necessary for cleaning, our customers don't have to worry about anything.
We work with 3 types of cleaning: regular/basic, deep, move in/move out. In the case of standard cleaning, we always recommend that you do a deep cleaning of the house first (if you have never done professional cleaning) to better meet your expectations as it is a more complete service, then follow with standard cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We follow a standard of cleanliness and quality, when our cleaners start, they receive training and feedback on a daily basis to always maintain excellence in performance.
