We’ve really enjoyed working with Youngji and are grateful for her help through this first phase of our remodel. She’s professional, responsive, and very organized. Communication was clear, timelines were easy to follow, and she consistently came prepared with thoughtful options. She also brings fresh, modern ideas and a great eye for what will look good and work well day-to-day.
Just as importantly, she’s been mindful of budget and helped us make smart choices without pushing us toward the most expensive path. Overall, we felt supported and more confident in our decisions because of her guidance, and we’re excited to continue working with her in the next phase.
