Really enjoyed meeting with City Construction Solution. After another vendor came out and scared us to death about a problem with our foundation we had CCS come out to give a second opinion the team was very knowledgeable and honest and knew almost all of the other players in the industry. It ended up that we didn’t have a problem with our foundation at all, and they even referred us to a couple other vendors that could potentially help us with the problem. It was so refreshing to have someone given honest assessment that easily could’ve made a lot of money off of lying to us. Highly recommend.

Had City Construction install drainage lines for my six downspouts that were just draining around my foundation. Also had them lift and even out my front walkway to the house. Erick was friendly and efficient in his estimate. Explained everything well. The crew came out and did a very good job on everything, completing it in two long days. They work long and hard even when it drizzled one day while they were working. Only wish they spent an extra couple hours on a third morning to clean up a bit better than what they could do in the dark. But it’s not a big deal. Would highly recommend them.

My home sits in a dip where rainwater and groundwater kinda flows down into. We discovered evidence of flooding in our crawl space so we got City Construction Solution to come take a look. I worked with Serge primarily to inspect the space and come up with a remediation plan. Serge and team were very thorough in their analysis of the situation. They came up with a plan at a reasonable price point. They worked very hard over the course of several days to put in new french drains, new posts, and new sump pump. The water now drains out into the street rather than pool in my crawl space. Finally, they discovered and repaired cracks in the foundation of the home. I couldn't be more pleased with Serge and the team.
