Unlike the previous company we tried to work with - they ghosted us- Lawn Love of the NW was great! Everything happened just as they had said it would. Our lawn is so much better now. Looking forward the their next visit in a few weeks.

Lawn Love of the Northwest's reply
Elizabeth, sorry you had a rough experience with the last company — that's frustrating. Glad we could show you how it's supposed to go. Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks. Thanks for trusting us!

Lawn Love of the Northwest has been a breeze to work with. I’m able to schedule the services my lawn needs and then relax! Because I know the professionals will take it from there. I get to enjoy a great looking yard without the back ache. It’s the “set it and forget it” of lawn maintenance. I keep it simple with regular mowing, weeding, and lawn treatments, but I know they can offer so much more if needed. And I like that I don’t have to independently track down different people for each of these services. It’s a real benefit to quality of life.
Lawn Love of the Northwest's reply
Marsha, that 'set it and forget it' description really says it all — glad we've been able to take the lawn work off your plate so you can just enjoy the yard. Having mowing, weeding, and treatments all in one place is kind of the whole point, and it's good to know it's actually making a difference. Thanks for trusting Lawn Love — we'll keep things looking great out there!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every yard is different, and your quote should reflect that. Our pricing considers your yard's size, condition, and the services you need. We'll provide an upfront quote so you know what to expect before booking. Looking for regular lawn care? Recurring service discounts may be available to help you keep your yard looking its best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting to know your yard and what matters to you. Tell us about your lawn, any special preferences, and the care you're looking for. We'll provide an upfront quote and help match you with a vetted pro. You'll receive reminders before your visit, and if you ever need a hand, our team is here to help. Our goal is to make sure you feel taken care of from the very first visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with vetted lawn care professionals who bring hands-on experience caring for different types of yards. Each pro's background and training may vary, but our commitment stays the same: thoughtful service, attention to detail, and a willingness to listen. We're always learning from customer feedback to make the experience better.
