I am having a very good experience of doing property management with NextBrick. Seemant and his team are always available for any questions and are very accommodating for any special requests. Prior to NextBrick, I reached out to many property management in Seattle. Others were charging 8-10% and were slow to respond. NextBrick has the cheapest price without compromising quality. There are no hidden costs. Prices for any repairs are reasonable. Seemant also helped me in sharing contacts for replacing heaters in the house. I will definitely recommend trying out NextBrick.

Thanks for Next Brick to help find the tenant for my house. They have different teams to deal with different aspect, including customer care, repair team and listing team. Management fee is also very fair. Few things to note here, 1. It is not easy to get their response on time (within a day during weekday). The email response sometimes take couple days to get it back. 2. Vendors for repairing are not as “no markup” as advertised. It will cost higher than the average in the market.

The entire process with the NextBrick team has been transparent from the beginning. I feel confident in them as my property manager because of their responsiveness and transparency. Seemant addressed my concerns and even added a new clause into the property management agreement upon request to bring clarity to how a HOA related item will be handled. We offer simple pricing for our property owners. Monthly property management fees can range from 4.95% to 8.95% of monthly gross rent depending on the guarantee you would like to add. No hidden fees, No funny business. No account set up fees, no lease renewal fees, or maintenance mark up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A friendly introduction followed by a fair quote that is formalized upon doing a site visit and gaining a thorough understanding of what the customer is looking to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our principal property manager Seemant graduated from the National University of Ireland majoring in business. He also holds Washington state real estate broker licenses and has been working in the real estate arena since 2013.
