Great management here. Repairs are done In a timely manner. This is a really good place to live. The rent is reasonable. Its comfortable and quiet. Also I like that. Its central to a lot of activities. Would recommend this space to someone else looking.

I have had a great experience experience in my building, and that's due in large part to our Manager, Evan. He's incredibly on top of communicating with tenants regarding building matters and it's clear he's committed to helping retain a kind, courteous, and safe community. He's also very prompt and efficient when responding to questions, concerns, or issues. When talking with friends who also live in Seattle, it becomes apparent that my experience is rare. With rental costs in Seattle being frustratingly high, it really makes an impactful difference when the management makes everything else easy. I am so grateful to have found this place!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. Evan Whitfield is excellent. He is super responsive, handles all issues or concerns in a timely manner and creates a safe and welcoming environment. I really enjoy living here. The management portal is also very easy to used and works with my chaotic scheudle.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management fees are based on the monthly income of the property, usually a percent of income collected. Single family fees range from 7-10%. Multifamily and commercial fees range 3-6%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will visit the property and determine any problems that need fixing. We will look at your financial history to see how we can improve it. We will also do a rent analysis to determine maximum rent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mr. Wilson is a Certified Property Manager, a designation given by the Institute of Real Estate Management, (Part of the National Association of Realators) after extensive training.
