FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try not to charge for looking at lobs in the area. (at the moment) But will work that time into my bill if I do your job. Typically I charge “time and materials” between $150-$200. an hour for my labor. Depending on type and location of job. Materials I supply I mark up 25% and warranty for a year. Materials supplied by others I do not warranty of any kind. I reserve the right to refuse materials and jobs I consider unsafe or high risk of failure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to be 100% clear with everything because nobody likes surprises when the bill comes. I typically can give good estimates don’t bid small jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started off as an apprentice plumber back in 1995 @ $6.50 an hour. and all plumbers must take continuing education to maintain their licenses.
