having over 35 years experience of designing both commercial and residential projects of remodeling or new and working with many county and city planning departments for permit compliance codes and regulations provides me the expertise to create and provide drawings to satisfy customer's expectations; have been utilizing the advantages of computer assisted drawings since the 1980's. I work on contractual basis upon approved quotations and turnaround times. There are three levels of project fulfillments; conceptual, pre-bid compliance; and full drawings sets to provide permit submission and requested revisions as needed. I work from information, photos, sketches, and specifications provided by customers and from copies of the planning department's specified drawings requirements. Quotations are more precisely determined according to quality of information provided by a customer. A questionnaire and data sheet is provided to assist the customer with knowing what information is required.
