- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a brochure that I will send your way that lays out all my packages and pricing information. I also am flexible so can make adjustments to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to talk to them over the phone to make sure that we are a good fit for working together and I ask exactly what they are looking for so I make sure I can deliver what they are wanting. I find a date and get them scheduled and ask for what style/look they are wanting and then choose a location based on that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mostly self-taught myself over the years but I have 5 years of experience and have learned from other photographers. One of my cousins is one of the top 10 photographers in San Francisco so I have been able to learn from her. I have spent hours learning how to use photo editing software and have learned tips and tricks for posing people from other professionals. I was in yearbook in high school so I got some experience and training from that.
