I hired him build a mudroom out of an existing deck. He did a beautiful job and when he was done it matched the house perfectly and looked like it belonged there. He added beautiful lattice and optimized the bottom portion to enclose for an extra storage area (his wonderful recommendation).

MAC came over to give me an estimate for repairing the subfloor in my master bathroom. I had an estimate from another company for $975.00 for the repair. After Max evaluated the floor it was determined that the subfloor did not require repairs. Max saved me A LOT of money by being honest which I truly appreciate. Although the cost of $150.00 for the inspection was a bit steep. I’ve also requested an estimate to add a closet to my den. I’m still waiting for an estimate for that project. I will post another review if I decide to move forward with his estimate.
