- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our recurring services are flat fee. Our Move-in/move-out is hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to complete a over-the-phone discovery of what you need help with. Are you caring for an aging parent and would rather spend time with them, rather than cleaning their home when you visit? Are you hosting a graduation party for your youngest child before they leave for university? No matter the reason, we want to learn what's important to you. When we arrive for your appointment we have a simple three step process: 1. We conduct a pre-clean walkthrough. We go through the home and assess the work to be completed (with you when you are home and available!) 2. We complete the cleaning. We have training and development to ensure the highest quality. 3. We conduct a post-clean walkthrough. We double check our work. We look through the entire home, and peer review our work. If you are home, join us and check the completeness. If you see anything you want touched up -- we take care of it right then and there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is small, and experienced. It starts with our strict hiring process. Every crew member completes multiple interviews, including a test clean with our crew, a background check and reference checks. We hire roughly 1 in 500 applicants. We also have structured training and development. Our crews consist of junior cleaners, senior cleaners and lead cleaners. Each role on our crew has explicit guidelines on how to make sure you are satisfied. Lead cleaners conduct trainings across all our cleaners.
