FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with new clients to do a walk through which allows them to point out anything special. We also have new clients make a list of priorities the first few times to make sure that we are satisfying their needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We usually work as a pair and in doing so split the work. Pat typically does all the bathrooms, showers, tubs and most kitchens. While Chris or Bea takes care of dusting, vacuuming, floors, etc. Special projects have included detail cleaning refrigerators, china cabinets, change bedding, flower beds, oiling cabinets etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just hire a service, hire the person doing the service. Let me explain, we have clients that have used a service by a bigger cleaning business who didn't have a set person cleaning their house. What this led to was things being missed or inconsistent work because they were not familiar with the house. Ask to meet the person who will actually do the work, you want to know them at least a little because they will be in your home at times when you're not.
