Juan and his crew did an outstanding job on a retaining wall drainage and lawn restoration project for us. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They took the time to properly excavate the area, improve the drainage, compact the soil correctly, add new rock, regrade the yard, and restore everything with seed. The finished product looks fantastic, and they worked quickly while still paying attention to the details.
Juan was also very personable and easy to work with. He clearly takes pride in his work and wasn’t looking for shortcuts. He explained what he found during the project, answered my questions, and even shared progress photos throughout the job, which I really appreciated.
If I had one small suggestion, it would simply be communication. There were a few times early on I had to follow up on questions, and the communication could have been a little more proactive. That said, once we connected, Juan was always friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions.
I also understand the reality of today’s construction industry good contractors are busy, and finding reliable employees isn’t easy. Taking that into account, Juan and his crew delivered excellent workmanship at a fair price, and the value was outstanding.
I would absolutely hire Juan’s Landscaping again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping, grading, drainage, or retaining wall work.
