- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do group discounts, and certain months of the year I give discounts. My overall kit is worth over $10,000 - with high end products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For soon to be brides,I always like to have a consultation at a public coffee shop. This is where we go over what you are wanting and the clients can go over the contract. I do have a deposit put down to save and lock in your special day as well as a contract signing to protect you and I. As for prom and special occasions, I hold a $50 retainer to hold your spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ei (Elegance International) a year long program solely based on makeup from basic to bridal all the way to special effects.
