Introduction: We pride ourselves in individual attention and trust being a small family business. Our specialty is to "meet and greet" with the client and their pet(s) to assure we are the right fit. This service is free of charge! It will give you the peace of mind that your loved ones are in good hands while you are busy working or away from home on vacation. The best part about our job is the satisfaction by our clients that their pets are taken care of and their daily routine is not disturbed. The "bonding" with new pets, cats, dogs, etc. is an extremely important and fun process and gaining the trust of an animal is very rewarding.

Thomas took care of my 12 and 13 year old Shih Tzus Jasper and Jade and Keiko the cat in May. I needed overnight care and had never had anyone take care of my kids let alone stay at the house. When I first meet Thomas I was just so comfortable. It was obvious that he really loved animals but I was even more impressed on how he ran the business end of things. You can always find someone who loves animals but you also need to find a person who is very well organized. He had all of his business documentation to present at our meet and greet. He took detailed notes about what everyone ate, where things were located; from the poop bags to the vacuum cleaner! I was so impressed and instantly knew that the kids were in good hands. He stayed in touch every day with pictures and updates. A great experience and it will be a repeat experience this October while I have him stay again with my kids. I wouldnt hesitate at all to refer Thomas to anyone looking to hire a very professional and very personable gentleman to take care of their home and pets. Mary H.

Thomas is Fantastic! He's been out on 2 different occasions when I've gone on vacation to take care of my 2 cats, Rowdy and Harley. He takes care of food, water and the litter box and plays with them. The first vacation he was there he noticed they were low on water so he filled another bowl for them so they wouldn't run out. He sweeps and vacuums so there isn't a lot of cat hair and litter on the floor when I return. He's very professional and I'm at ease when I'm gone knowing they are well taken care of. I completely trust him with my "kids" and in my home. Thank you Thomas for everything!

My Dogs love Thomas! They look forward to having Thomas walk them 5 days a week, an hour plus each walk. When they see his car drive up to the front of the house, my dogs are dancing and singing with excitement! And when the walk is finished they are content and relaxed. Pet Sitters by the Bay has been a great for me and my dogs. I went through interviewing a few Pet Sitter Companies. I found Thomas to be the best for me and my dogs. The first thing I noticed in the interview processes was the positive interaction between Thomas and my dogs. After our interview, he took my dogs out for a 25 minute test walk. Thomas and the dogs came back with big smiles on their faces. I could not ask for a better dog walker for my 2 very energetic dogs. Border Collie and a Malamute mix.
