Mark came out and identified my problem and gave me options to replace my water heater with either a 50 gallon gas or a tankless, we opted to go with the regular gas water heater. He got it done quickly and efficiently and gave us some tips on how to extend the lifespan of the water heater. Will definitely hire him again!
