Replaced the glass cover for the glide n serve compartment of LG refrigerator. They were quick to respond and came over the same day that I posted on Thumbtack. They found the correct part for replacement. Removing the existing cover was also not an easy task. They completed this work to my utmost satisfaction.

This experience was painless. The technician responded clearly and promptly to my request, came out and worked through my issue with the fridge. He explained honestly and openly what the potential issues are and what the possibilities are for solutions. He ordered parts and when he found out they were not going to solve my issue, he did not charge me for that.
