- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and project complexity. We provide detailed estimates before starting any project so there are no surprises. Consultations and initial estimates are free. Any changes to the project scope are discussed and approved in advance through written change orders. We focus on delivering quality workmanship and fair pricing for every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation where we discuss your project, goals, and budget. Next, we schedule a site visit to evaluate the space and gather measurements. After that, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the project, coordinate materials, and begin construction. Throughout the project, we maintain clear communication and provide updates until the work is completed and the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Construction Management and have extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and project management. My training includes using industry software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Xactimate for design, planning, and estimating. I continuously stay up to date with modern building practices, materials, and construction techniques to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. My background combines formal education with practical field experience managing renovation and construction projects.
