There is nothing I can say badly about this company! Punctual, polite, and left my carpet looking as good as it did on install! Oh and the price is great! If I ever need my carpetscleaned again while in Seattle, I have my company!

Was very pleased with the work, carpet looks great. The only thing I wish they would have had rug protectors for under the furniture feet. I had a flood in my house many years ago and the only damage to the wet carpet was the stains from where the furniture sat on the wet carpet. Carol

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The day of the job, we arrive and do a walk through with customers of all areas and furniture that needs steam cleaning, during this time we give a brief tutorial of the cleaning process and then before leaving the job we make sure every customer is satisfied by doing a final inspection of the areas steam cleaned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We strive to keep up with the latest techniques and methods. Jon-Don offers classes and workshops that we take advantage of in our area of expertise.
