- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, we charge per room. Usually $30-$35 per room depending on the size of the house or apartment. We also have specials every month available to all of our customers. Usually when providing the quote will include the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple and customers love it. On time appointments (no time window) Courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their appointment to let customers know we will arrive soon. Carpet Inspection to determine the type of cleaning and tools needed for the job. Carpets usually dry between 2-5 hours depending on carpet pile but never to exceed 24 hours. Our guarantee, we will make sure customers are satisfied with the service before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we take the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning training at the Jon Don facility. We make sure we are up-to-date we all the new equipment to obtain the best results with the carpet cleaning process and make sure we can accomplish customers cleaning needs.
