Bahareh is helpful allowing me to talk out loud, and thereby understand or disentangle my thoughts and feelings. This is especially important, when a person has been under significant amount stress, pain and confusion, trying to dismantle and figure out the chaos in one's life during an abuse. She also works with other professionals to provide the necessary steps to achieve my emotional and mental wellbeing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual Sessions are $110.00 Couple's Sessions are $140.00 I accept most insurances.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session is generally spent getting to know one another and making sure we are a good fit. I gather some historical information such as family history and mental health history. We also talk about what are the issues that need to addressed in therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Existential Phenomenological Psychology from Seattle University. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the state of Washington.
