Introduction: I start with the basics of dance. Instilling good posture, strength, flexibility and rhythm in my students. Students will often come back and mention how they love the exercises I give them and how they help in everyday life! I also teach Bollywood and Gypsy style dances, which a bit more high energy but the music and moves are fun and people love it! I love seeing people transform into beautiful and graceful women! I not only see bodies change, but I see people change too! Women learn to embrace their creativity and love themselves with this dance!
