Pedro was fast at responding, did what he said he would do, and was pleasant to work with. Prices were also very competitive. He also ended up helping fix a small roof repair since we discovered a leak during the popcorn removal work. I will hire again.

Pedro is fair, reliable, honest, clear, prompt and just a very pleasant, polite guy. He and his crew clean up after themselves, take before and after pictures to show what work was done and are very thorough, for example - he caulked the nail holes I hadn't noticed from a previously detached zinc strip. Excellent gutter cleaning and roof repair and inspection with no "hidden costs". I got a few cheaper estimates, but next year I will be calling Pedro again. He also does general contracting - he is someone I will be in touch with since I have gotten to the age where I can't do the jobs I used to be able to do. Thanks Pedro!

I did not hire LLC for the roof because I determined they were better at a few other none roof issues with the house. I liked their solution for those.

Pedro did an awesome job on the mill work and finished the project on time and budget as he promised -- he was able to accommodate my request on a short time frame and I am very happy with his work. Will be having him for other projects that I have line up .
