FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and straightforward based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. As a smaller, growing electrical business, we have lower overhead than many larger companies, which allows us to offer competitive pricing while still providing high-quality work. We provide clear quotes before starting so there are no surprises, and the price we quote is the price you pay unless additional work is requested. Our goal is to deliver reliable electrical work at a fair price while building long-term relationships with our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out, I first discuss the project details to understand exactly what they’re looking to have done. If needed, I’ll schedule a time to come take a look at the work in person so I can provide an accurate quote. Once everything is approved, we schedule the job and complete the work efficiently while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. After the work is finished, we test everything, clean up the work area, and make sure the customer is satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my electrical apprenticeship and hold a Journeyman Electrician license, along with serving as the Electrical Administrator for my company. This means I’ve completed the required schooling, on-the-job training hours, and state testing required to legally perform and oversee electrical work. My training includes residential electrical systems, code compliance, troubleshooting, and safe installation practices. I stay up to date with current electrical codes and best practices to ensure all work is done safely and professionally.
