FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fixed based on the scope of work. However, it’s important to note that the cost of cleaning directly depends on the level of contamination of the premises. I ask clients to assess the level of contamination on a 5-point scale, where: • 1 point: Minimal contamination. The premises are clean, requiring only light maintenance cleaning. • 2 points: Slight contamination. Dust accumulation, light stains on surfaces. • 3 points: Moderate contamination. Visible dirt in the kitchen and bathroom, dust on furniture. • 4 points: Heavy contamination. Greasy stains in the kitchen, limescale in the bathroom, dust and dirt on the floor. • 5 points: Very heavy contamination. Extended period without cleaning, severe dirt on all surfaces. This assessment is necessary to accurately determine the scope of work and the corresponding cost of services. Often, clients request standard cleaning without realizing that it is intended for light contamination and includes: • Wiping accessible surfaces to remove dust. • Mopping floors and baseboards. • Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom without removing stubborn stains. • Vacuuming carpets and rugs. Standard cleaning is suitable for premises where cleanliness is already maintained, and only a refresh is needed. If the premises have a higher degree of contamination, a deep cleaning is required, which includes a more thorough cleaning of all surfaces and, accordingly, is more expensive. Therefore, I ask clients to objectively assess the condition of their premises and inform me of the degree of contamination when ordering services. This will allow me to provide the most accurate information about the cost and scope of necessary work, as well as avoid misunderstandings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the project: the type of space, the level of dirt or debris, and any special requests. Then, I offer the best solution, explaining what products and equipment I will use. Once we finalize the details, we schedule a convenient time, I complete the cleaning, and the client inspects the results. I always ensure that the work is done to the highest standard and on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in the cleaning industry and have studied modern cleaning techniques, safe cleaning products, and professional equipment. Additionally, I continuously improve my skills by learning new cleaning methods and industry standards to provide the best service possible.
