My faucet was leaking quite heavily and needed a quick fix. I posted the job and Ryan responded very fast, and offered availability right away. When he inspected the faucet, I also showed him a number of other small issues around my house such as paints touch up, the wabbling yard door, lights, other faucet etc. He was very attentioned to details, give me many good advances and suggestions what to fix now and what can wait for a bit longer. At the end, I got 8 things fixed around the house, it was a bit expensive than I thought, but it is well worth it. I will definitely call Ryan for my other jobs

Ryan is a responsible and trustworthy skilled workman. He is responsive to the clients needs and desires for the agreed upon projects. Because of his experience, he can propose viable solutions for a project and build out as described. He's dependable and punctual, showing up when he says he'll be there. I think his pricing is reasonable and fair. He designed and built out a lovely basement pantry for me in my 1920 house, restored the cedar patio fence and gate, and did various home repairs. Ryan will be my go to guy for house repairs in the future.

The project that I had sounds simple. It is to replace the existing range hood with a more powerful one. But it is complicated because the new range hood is much bigger, and it requires alternation of the cabinet. I posted the job on Thumbtack. Within 10 minutes, Ryan replied and made me an offer. I hired him on the spot, and he showed up a day later. He sure looks like having had a lot of experiences with this type of job. What I liked about him is that he would think about multiple options to solve a problem and let me pick the one that I liked. E.g., the option that I picked about the cabinet door was that allow Ryan to cut the door in half and glue them together to make them smaller. It turns out beautifully. As you can see in the picture, it’s hard to tell that the cabinet door has been cut and glued together. Ryan likes to plan his work carefully. The range hood doesn’t come with a template. He made a makeshift one himself so that he can cut precisely. He likes to measure several times before he cut. His experience really shows in his work. He is not the cheapest contractor that one can find, but he is one of the best. I have a long list of things that I would like to have Ryan to work on if he offers me a good price. 😉
