- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 . Contact 2. Have an appointment to measure the area 3. Discuss with customer the preference of material and which kind of wood will be installed or Refinished 4. Preparing the area where will be done the project 5. Ending project, and cleaning the area where the project was done.

Our education relates how to manager a business and what we are learning with experiences is ''do your best, get the best results".
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I arrived in USA, in 2002 I had an opportunity to start working with someone who needed a helper so I started step by step learning day by day every details working with wood flooring. And now after 18 years I am able to Install, Repair, Finish, and Refinish. Roberto De Souza with Team.
