- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services are billed at $40 per hour per cleaner. Before your appointment, we provide a time and price estimate based on the information given. Please note that estimates are not guaranteed. If the cleaning requires additional time beyond the estimate due to the condition of the property or extra requests, any extra time will be billed at the same hourly rate and added to the final total. Cancellations & Payments We offer FREE cancellation for all occasions, with no cancellation fees at any time. Payment is due on the same day the service is completed. Payments not received within 24 hours may be subject to a late fee of $30–$55 per day until the balance is paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by collecting details about the space and the type of service needed to better understand the customer’s expectations. Based on that information, we provide a clear estimate and service overview and address any questions before moving forward. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient time and stay in contact to ensure everything runs smoothly. From the first message to job completion, our focus is on clear communication, reliability, and a hassle-free experience.
