Introduction: Hello everyone my name is Kevin Lopez! Something about me is I’ve been working out since I was 15 years old. I love to compete in bodybuilding shows. I include a whole program which is Diet,workout, and one on one training, I also do weekly check ups to see how you are doing. I train people all the way from stage 1 to stage 3. Stage 1: This is for clients who are completely new to working out and having a nutrition plan. Our goal is to get you comfortable enough to get you have a general knowledge on what to do. I recommend at least 3 sessions or more a week. Stage 2: This is for clients who have a general idea on exercising and nutrition but would like to further advance their knowledge. I recommend 1-2 sessions a week. Stage 3: This is for advanced clients who know exactly what to do but would like to try a new workout plan and have a nutrition plan. I typically don’t train these clients but once in a while I will workout with them to make sure everything is going smooth. I believe everyone in their fitness journey starts somewhere, I plan to help you to the best of my abilities to help you lose fat,gain muscle or try and do both. I’ll include a free consultation wether it’s in person or over the phone. I will give you all the tools you need you just need to do the best to follow it.

Personal Training

I needed to get back into a workout routine after a depressing 2020. Knowing that a personal trainer would motivate me to stick to a regimen, I decided to hire Kevin. He helped me with strength training and my posture during moves. He also prompted changes to my diet. We had a few scheduling issues along the way, but we overcame them. All in all, he was friendly, attentive, and responsive. Thanks, Kev!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    More times a week the bigger the discount. 1hour session ranges from $60-$70 a hour. 30min training is $35-$45.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Schedule a one hour free assessment we’re we talk about goals,nutrition, and we do a postural analysis. We also do a custom workout, then we recap everything and see what we need to do to reach your goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was 17. I’ve worked in supplements,gyms, and I have my nasm certification in training and nutrition.
