Brandon is an excellent communicator. He was
Able to gain my confidence by answering numerous questions.
Since the house is empty, I had concerns that pictures would not convey the right image of the house. Brandon was able to take very professional photos from great angles that fully reflected the best features of the house without compromising on the original rooms.
He agree to come out for the shoot but because of a mishap there was no one to open the door until 30 minutes pass. He took pictures of the outside, then of the inside. Due to evening lighting issues he was not able to shot 2 rooms.
Once he was done and uploaded to Dropbox I casually mentioned it to him and he agreed to come out again since he was going to be in the area. He did come out and the pictures turn out great.
If you are renting or sell a house it is well worth hiring Brandon to do the photos, he has a good eye on angels and best light to accent your property.
I would not hesitate to hire Brandon again.
