Jonathan Martis helped me buy my dream home in 2023!I saw it go onto the market so I reached out to Jonathan and by that night we had an offer that the buyer accepted! By the way, he did all this WHILE he was on vacation in another state with his family. There is no other realtor that would move with the urgency that Jonathan did to get us into escrow the way he did.On top of all that, the process to close became delayed due to some unforeseen personal circumstances happening in my life as well as some appraisal issues that popped up as a result of incompatible comps in the area. Jonathan and his team stayed incredibly positive (even when I started losing hope) and worked very closely with the seller and the loan officer to ensure all parties knew we were negotiating in good faith. Without Jonathan and his team, I can guarantee that things would have turned out differently for me and my family. He is definitely someone you want as your realtor, I cant recommend him enough!
