Jonathan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate Land Use and Affairs and has helped many clients sell their homes and also represented many buyers who purchased homes.
Jonathan started his own brokerage in May 2020 to offer better customer service and more competitive commission packages. Jonathan’s wife Carmen joined the brokerage in 2022 and provides support and assistance to Jonathan.

Jonathan and Carmen are the perfect team! They saved us tens of thousands of dollars! When we found our dream home, we wanted to put a well-over asking price offer to ensure we got it. Jonathan Martis helped me buy my dream home in 2023!I saw it go onto the market so I reached out to Jonathan and by that night we had an offer that the buyer accepted! By the way, he did all this WHILE he was on vacation in another state with his family. There is no other realtor that would move with the urgency that Jonathan did to get us into escrow the way he did.On top of all that, the process to close became delayed due to some unforeseen personal circumstances happening in my life as well as some appraisal issues that popped up as a result of incompatible comps in the area. Jonathan and his team stayed incredibly positive (even when I started losing hope) and worked very closely with the seller and the loan officer to ensure all parties knew we were negotiating in good faith. Without Jonathan and his team, I can guarantee that things would have turned out differently for me and my family. He is definitely someone you want as your realtor, I cant recommend him enough!
