I have bought and sold a lot of realestate and, after using several other realestate brokers, I will never buy or sell again with anyone else (even though I am also a licensed realestate broker)! They know the markets inside and out, how to stage a home, how to create and present an offer or counteroffer with a high perceived value, and (critically) how to negotiate to work out the best deal for their clients. Steve and Meriam sell homes quickly and for the right price. Their one year warranty provides buyers with piece-of-mind that any Jacuzzi or appliance repair will be covered. Working with the Knoblaughs was a great experience, and I would do it again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have progressive commission packages that are very lucrative. Call us for details. We offer complimentary home staging, move out cleaning, yard clean up for market preparation/presentation...and also professional 3D photography to attract more qualified buyers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an in home free valuation/consult to discuss with what is expected or what to expect in order to be able to meet the customers’ needs, as we will be working as a team. We walk them through the process and help them even after the transaction is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Steve is a former CPA from a large National Accounting firm and/ with a background in business law. Meriam is a former Nurse Consultant and a former owner of a healthcare referral service. Both have extensive experience in marketing and negotiation skills that would give you a competitive edge in this ever changing real estate market ( get you ahead of your competition).
