UPDATE: Within a day from posting the original review, I received a message that they have the gate ready. The gate is now installed and it looks and functions well. Upgrading to 3 stars. -- 2 stars overall: they built a quality fence but did not finish the job and ghosted us. The good: Arcadia fencing showed up on time and spent an entire day building 34 feet of chain-link fence. They have done a solid job building the actual fence. The bad: We had a miscommunication and the custom gate they welded for the new fence turned out to be too small. They cut down several of our flower bushes without asking us for permission. They left behind almost 30 items of trash, probably since they spend an entire day working and eventually ran out of daylight. The ugly: We agreed to pay them for the ill-fitting gate because they promised to come back next week with a new gate that would be sized correctly. This was two months ago, and we have not seen them since. We made multiple attempts to contact them and every time they came up with an increasingly less plausible reason why they cannot come out just yet, “but definitely will be there in two weeks”. If you choose to work with Arcadia Fencing, make sure they are completely done with your project before releasing the final payment.
