New Face Services did an excellent job repairing my roof. Arnael was able to come out the following business day to complete my project after giving me his bid which seemed reasonable. He was very nice and even treated my roof with moss killer free of charge. Will use them again. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tried to be reasonable with the prices so I can make the customer satisfied with my job and also have to trust of hiring me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I would like to access the area where the work was requested, I will take pictures to show the customer what's causing the problem then I would show them the solution and the pricing, and also how long it will take and when I will be available to do it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in a civil engineer from University in Brazil. Plus many years of experience on the field.
