- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Senior Discounts and Military Discounts. Our pricing is very aggressive, we do what we say and there is no deposit required on asphalt roofs. We specialize in steep slope and low slope roofs. We don't offer financing which keeps our prices lower than most companies. Our overhead is minimal and you don't pay until the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to prequalify a customer by sending them a quote first, if they are happy with the price then we like to meet and go over their needs and verify the numbers (95% of time quote is spot on). We are not a high pressure sales team and never ask for a signature until the customer has done their due diligence and are ready to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in construction, 18 of that with roofing experience, certifications and numerous seminar trainings. Ventilation is our specialty.
