Carlos and the Sky roofing team did the most thorough price quote out of the 5 contractors I talked to. He not only walked the roof but also went into my attic and found that we would need all new plywood and better venting. His bid actually reflected the true price of the new roof, vents, skylights, and gutter downspouts. The other beds would have left an unpleasant surprise for later. When it came to the actual work, again on time and was finished ahead of schedule in 2 days instead of 3. Our new PVC roof looks great.
