- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every roof is different, so we don't do one-size-fits-all pricing. We measure your roof, walk you through the material options, and give you a clear, itemized quote up front — you'll see exactly what you're paying for before any work begins. Our inspections and estimates are free, there are no hidden fees, and if we ever find something unexpected on site, we talk to you first before doing anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free inspection. We measure the roof, check its condition, and give you an honest assessment — even if that means you don't need a full replacement yet. From there you get an itemized quote and, if you move forward, a scheduled start date. On the job we protect your property, keep the site clean, and do a full cleanup when we're done, then walk the finished work with you so you know it was done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a licensed and registered roofing contractor in Washington State, and we install to manufacturer specifications so your materials keep their warranty. Our crew is trained on current roofing systems, ventilation, and the moss/moisture challenges specific to the Pacific Northwest.
