Eli came out and got on the roof to figure out what work needed to be done. The house roof was straightforward. The garage roof had a leak that required repair. Upon removing the shingles and covering, Eli realized that he needed to talk to me about the situation and find out how I wanted to proceed. I opted to replace the entire garage roof and have him do the job right rather than need someone to come out periodically to fix leaks here and there. Eli and his assistant did the job well and quickly. I also had the attic insulated. I will not hesitate to use Eli again for future roofing needs, including annual maintenance. The one thing to be aware of is you may need to discuss the start date when you give the go-ahead. Because it is roofing and outdoors, 2 non-rainy days were needed. When I hadn't heard from him for a week, I messaged him and got a response within 30 min.
