Ginger Cleaning

We recommend one initial deep cleaning followed by additional weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. * A regular service will include as needed: - Kitchen counters, floors, windows, walls, dishes, and appliances - Bathroom counters, floors, windows, walls, mirrors, sink, tub, and toilet - Bedroom tidying, laundry folding, sheets changed, beds made, windows, surface dusting, and floors - General tidying, carpets, floors, windows, and nick nack dusting Our rates are based on an average 2-bedroom, 1-1.5 bath house. Home offices will need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Laundry is charged by the cycle, from start to finish. Half and quarter cycles are prorated (i.e. folding only, washing only, etc.) * Move out Moving can be stressful and the final cleaning session can make or break a deposit. Together, we can discuss the initial damage report and exit expectations. * Selling a house? Ginger Cleaning can get your house market ready in no time!
