Free estimates for most residential projects Pricing reflects equipment, crew size, access, and safety requirements No hidden fees—everything is clearly explained before work begins Emergency or after-hours services may include additional fees Discounts may be available for multiple trees, bundled services, or repeat customers We focus on doing the job right and safely, not cutting corners. Our estimates include proper cleanup, hauling, and insurance-compliant work—so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be thorough, compliant, and stress-free for the customer. Initial contact – You reach out through Thumbtack, and we respond quickly to understand your goals, timeline, and any site-specific concerns. Professional evaluation – We perform an on-site or detailed virtual assessment to evaluate tree size, health, risk factors, access, and safety considerations. Estimate & permitting review – After the evaluation, we provide a clear, written estimate and review all applicable local and municipal permitting requirements. If permits are required, we handle the process and walk you through what’s needed to ensure full compliance. Permits & approvals – We prepare, submit, and coordinate required permits with the appropriate city or county agencies before any work begins. Scheduling – Once approvals are in place, we schedule the work at a time that works for you and confirm access and site logistics. Safe, professional execution – Our licensed and insured arborist-led crew completes the work using proper equipment and industry best practices. Cleanup & final walkthrough – All debris is removed, and we walk the site with you to confirm everything meets expectations and compliance standards. From evaluation to permitting to final cleanup, we focus on doing the work correctly, safely, and in full accordance with local regulations—so there are no surprises later.
