FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Turning On Restoration & Remodeling, we believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. Whether you're working through your homeowner’s insurance or paying out of pocket, we provide clear, detailed estimates with no hidden fees. For insurance jobs, we offer comprehensive pricing with hundreds of itemized line entries, ensuring every aspect of the work is clearly documented. For out-of-pocket projects, we keep things simple yet transparent, outlining all material and labor costs up front. We offer flexible payment schedules, available discounts, and clearly defined customization options with associated costs. Our straightforward contracts are easy to understand, and we’re always available to answer any questions. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free on-site consultation to understand your vision, assess the space, and discuss your needs. We'll explore design ideas, evaluate the scope of work, and provide you with a detailed and transparent quote. If the project involves a property loss, we can help determine whether it could be covered by your homeowner’s insurance. If so, we handle all communication with the insurance company on your behalf—negotiating the scope and costs directly while representing your best interests throughout the process. Once we reach an agreement—either with the insurance company or directly with you—we finalize plans, secure any necessary permits, and set a project timeline. We also offer the option to proceed with a standard, straightforward bid for out-of-pocket projects, following the best practices in the remodeling and restoration industry. From start to finish, we prioritize open communication, timely updates, and your complete satisfaction.
