I had originally arranged to have Phil (owner of “Paul’s Carpet Cleaning!) come to clean my couch, chair, and ottoman, but he came down with something and was very sick. I hired another “upholstery cleaner” from another list. I was told my job would take four hours and had to pay $500 up front. This “professional” arrived three hours late because he had to pick up a rented cleaner from the grocery store! It took 1 1/2 hours for him to do a very terrible job, after which he said I owed him over a hundred dollars MORE for his cleaning supplies! There, I have vented. I contacted Phil again. He arrived a few minutes early, in his professional van that carried a truck-mounted cleaning unit. He said it would take 1 1/2 hours and would cost $225, which included his cleaning supplies. By the time Phil left, my furniture sparkled and smelled fresh. I would give TEN stars, if I could!

Exceptional experience. I have had these carpets cleaned before but the result were so much better than the other providers. Fast, effective, personable and professional. Stains that persisted through previous cleanings are gone. Highly recommended, both the company and the results.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. My carpets look great. What surprised me was Phil was getting ready to walk out the door, when my kids let the dogs in house and they tracked mud through the room that was just cleaned. Phil offered and recleaned the area at no charge.
