Phil was very quick to respond to my inquiry and got me the quote I needed right away. He was kind enough to add a first responder discount since I just started as a 911 dispatcher. He arrived even earlier than me at the house (sorry about that!) and we did a quick walk through. He explained what he'd be doing and was forthcoming about the pet urine - I gave him a tough job because my older kitty is sick with bladder cancer and had really done a number to the upstairs closet where her litter pan had been. He told me he'd try his best to repair the damage to the carpet. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the carpets looked great! He was able to get the dog urine that was elsewhere cleaned up nicely. The cat urine was difficult to remove so a powder was placed on it that was meant to soak it up. I was to vacuum it in 4 days and add a carpet odor eliminator. I had additional questions for Phil throughout the following week which he promptly answered, including sending a picture of the correct odor eliminator to use (even though he was sick in bed with the flu!). I followed his instructions in the upstairs closet and it turned out great! I was able to get my security deposit back. It wasn't perfect, but I don't think that's possible without replacing the carpets after the type of damage that was done. Phil took on a tough situation with grace and was kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services and will use him again in the future. Thank you Phil!!!

I had originally arranged to have Phil (owner of “Paul’s Carpet Cleaning!) come to clean my couch, chair, and ottoman, but he came down with something and was very sick. I hired another “upholstery cleaner” from another list. I was told my job would take four hours and had to pay $500 up front. This “professional” arrived three hours late because he had to pick up a rented cleaner from the grocery store! It took 1 1/2 hours for him to do a very terrible job, after which he said I owed him over a hundred dollars MORE for his cleaning supplies! There, I have vented. I contacted Phil again. He arrived a few minutes early, in his professional van that carried a truck-mounted cleaning unit. He said it would take 1 1/2 hours and would cost $225, which included his cleaning supplies. By the time Phil left, my furniture sparkled and smelled fresh. I would give TEN stars, if I could!

Phil came on time and did a great job on my upholstered chair. Some marks didn’t fully come out, but that was expected as they were paint marks. Chair smells and looks so much better!
