- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide tailored cleaning packages and prices based on the individual and the depth of cleaning needed to achieve your overall satisfaction. Before I provide a tailored pricing package, I like to see your space either in person or through photos/video so I can give a more accurate quote so I don't overcharge you and so I can best understand your specific needs. I have discounts for Weekly, Bi-Weekly & Monthly Cleaning Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the client to get a better understanding of what they are looking to have done and to view the unit so that every aspect of the client's needs and wishes are addressed. If you are unable to do a walk through with me, I am open to receiving either a video or photos of your space so I can give the most accurate quote because I know every dollar counts!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Outside of having 3 toddlers, which makes me a "cleaning expert" in a controlled chaos environment, I have a true OCD when it comes to dirt and cleaning. I drive my family and friends nuts - have been known to clean while at gatherings at their house without realizing it.
