Introduction: What we have found with our property management business is that the "big guys" don't want to fix anything. We manage our properties as if it were our own home. We like a nice place to live and feel our renters deserve the same. If you agree with this philosophy we would love to work with you! THUMBTACK "BEST OF" 2015 & 2016 AWARD for outstanding customer reviews! The only reason we have not received more awards is we have been so busy, we have stopped using Thumbtack and now work strictly though referrals. What we enjoy most about our business is the feeling of satisfaction we get for a job well-done. When my husband and I have a job that is particularly challenging (evictions and damages), we take several before and after pictures... many times we can't believe it is the same piece of property! Also, the condition that a rental is in when the tenant arrives will have a lot to do with the condition it is in when they leave. Nice well-kept properties = nice well-kept tenants! It is such a rewarding feeling to tackle these challenges head-on!

We hired P&L Properties to do a renovation in our home. Paul was absolutely trustworthy, reliable, and extremely easy to work with. The finished projects (adding a huge walk-in closet and extending our chain link fence) looked great and will greatly increase our ability to sell our home. I would recommend P&L Properties to anyone looking for home renovations. If our home doesn't sell in the ballpark we're looking for, we would entrust our home to their property management company as well. There's no need to look elsewhere!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple. 10 % of monthly rent for fee. Work is done at $35 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and access the project and discuss options. We can do as much or as little as you need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of the PROA; Puget Rental Owners Association. We attend monthly meetings and receive updates when RCWs are implemented. I have a Master's Degree in Human Relations but that was from a career in a former lifetime, ha! My husband has an Associate's Degree in Welding.
