I needed someone to come over and help me install a pull down attic ladder in my garage. I had seen a few posts about Rising Hawk Construction and decided to give them a call. Baseem showed up within an hour! He was clean and professional and did exactly what I needed to finish my project. He even offered to help me carry a couch down a set of stairs! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We often give a higher estimate then others, however at the end of the day, the estimate includes WTF's. The benefit of that is 98% of the time we the end cost tends to be roughly 6% less.
We also offer 5% discounts on cash sales, and 8% discounts on fully paid upfront cash sale.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process revolves around making everything easy, and comprehensible. We are a family-owned company and treat every client as though they are family.
