- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will send me your information, I'll have you fill out a few forms and I will build a rough draft. We will work together to ensure it is an accurate representation of your skills. Once we have the resume complete I will construct the cover letter and we will go through the same process. Once you are satisfied you will complete the rest of the payment and I will send you both PDF and Word files of the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS in Business Administration and took several courses while there on hiring and resume writing and reviewing. In my career, I have hired new employees as well as handled the hiring process for internal promotions over the span of ten years. I have been writing resumes professionally for over five years.
