- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
schedule an estimate, attic and roof assessment, schedule the work, steps to prepare for your project, project managers texts before job starts and makes an introduction, crew begins work at 7:30-8, text/photo updates each day, final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction, warranty issued after completion/final payment,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA training, I have mentored approximately 30 MBA grad students, i have been taught cash flow principles which enables me to fiscally operate Jobin Roofing in a way that protects are values and objective to be the best roofing advocate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
problems are opportunities and in the roofing industry, there are a lot of problems with how companies operate and how they use fear to sell. My brother and I were very dissatisfied and set out to become those trusted resource when it comes to roofing. we pride ourselves on telling homeowners when they don’t need us, as well as the service they actually need when there is an issue with their roof.
