- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Most of our jobs require no upfront payment—you don’t pay until the work is complete and you’re fully satisfied. Our estimates are free, and we offer financing options to make your project more affordable. We also include 50-year warranties at no extra charge, thanks to our GAF and IKO certifications.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple and stress-free. Every job starts with a free consultation—either in person or remote—where we listen to what you need and provide a clear, no-nonsense estimate. We lay out the timeline, answer any questions, and make sure you feel confident moving forward. For most standard roof projects, there’s no deposit required—you only pay when the job is done and you’re happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the roofing industry for over 25 years, learning every part of the trade hands-on—from installation to project management. Over the years, I’ve completed manufacturer training and earned certifications from both GAF and IKO, which allow us to offer extended 50-year warranties. I’ve also spent years training crews and mentoring roofers to uphold the quality and professionalism our customers expect.
