- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The smaller the service the less I charge, I charge a little for mileage. If you want your wedding on a holiday, say Feb.14, it will be more than if you get married on March 1.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them on the phone, via email, text or meet them face to face and fine out what they want in the service. Do some low key counseling to make sure they are on the same page on the key points of marriage, or that funeral arrangements had already been made and what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education whenever it offered to me. Right now I am taking a MODC from Baylor University on the book of Matthew.
